Located in Hanover, New Hampshire and founded in 1769, Dartmouth College is a member of the Ivy League and one of the world’s greatest academic institutions. This is a significant decrease since 2017, when the acceptance rate for the Class of 2021 was 10.4% and the pool of applicants was 20,034.

The school is known for being exceptionally competitive; for the Class of 2026, Harvard College received over 60,000 applications and admitted only 1,984 of them, for an acceptance rate of just 3.24% (compared to over 5% in 2017 ). Of these admitted students, 16% applied from outside of the United States.
