Augusta University, Georgia State University, Georgia Southern University, and Kennesaw State University will reinstate SAT and ACT requirements starting in the fall of 2026. The University System of Georgia Board of Regents voted May 14 to reinstate standardized testing at the four schools, according to The Associated Press.

Dartmouth College Dartmouth College has announced that it will yet again require high school students to share either an SAT or ACT score as part of their application for admission. The change takes effect for students applying for Fall 2025 admission (those students who will begin their applications in Summer or Fall 2024).
