It’s critical to keep students engaged and informed during the FAFSA delays. The good news (fewer questions and more Pell eligible students) has been overshadowed by a site launch where many families experienced irregular availability and malfunctions. Students who successfully submit a FAFSA receive a Student Aid Index (SAI).
