This might be good news or bad news for you, depending, but in fact you are required to submit updated transcripts.
It’s not optional.
Even if you don’t like your grades from last semester.
Submit them to LSAC as before, and LSAC will send a new Academic Summary Report with your updated transcript to your schools automatically.
In the meantime, I’m guessing some decisions have been rolling in for you. I hope they are good ones!
